Ford Releases the Latest 2010 Mustang Teaser!!

week 8 teaser.jpg

This time, FMC has given us a look at the area where the shifter and lower center stack area meet.  We have seen the shifter before, but we can now see that the traction control button, the hazard button, and the trunk release button are now located on the driver's side of the shift console.  We can also see that the 2010 Mustang will have duel zone climate control, as well as heated seats, at least in the GT models which we can assume based on the other teasers from Ford.  The only other information that we gather from this picture is that the GT will offer Sirius radio and an auxiliary input source.

This does give us a good look at the redesigned shift boot, which Ford mentions was scrutinized over until the engineers found a material that was both aesthetically pleasing, and strong.  The result of their efforts is an extremely refined shift area, having done away with the large, bulky leather "bags" that have become the norm for many manually shifted models.

We are within the final few weeks before the official debut of the 2010 Mustang, and nothing would be nicer than an engine teaser in these last few weeks.  Discuss the recent teaser here!!
