Classic Design Concepts Group 2 Widebody Challenger

CDC Challenger.jpg

Classic Design Concepts of Novi, Michigan, has established themselves in the Mustang community for great looking, high quality vintage styling items, as well as their fully functional "Shaker" style hood systems.  CDC also hosted the 2007 MustangForums.com Meet and Greet at their showroom in Novi, and we had a great turnout to an awesome event.

The 2008 SEMA Show starts tomorrow, and the guys at CDC will be showing off their newest project, this time based on a Dodge Challenger.  The Challenger will prove to be a popular show car at this years SEMA Show, and like the Mustang, the Challenger derives its core styling from a vintage model, so vintage styling modifications are quickly becoming popular for the new Challenger.

The Group 2 Widebody Challenger comes in two variants, based on the SRT-8 and R/T trimlines, and will be displayed at the SEMA Show in both black (SRT) and white (R/T).  Along with the flared fenders to accommodate the huge custom wheels, the SRT-8 model includes a supercharger setup, cat-back exhaust, adjustable suspension, a massive Baer braking system, and of course a CDC Shaker Hood System.  There has only been so much detail offered up so far, but  stay tuned to MustangForums.com for complete SEMA 2008 coverage!!

The Challenger has proven to be a popular vehicle throughout the automotive world, and the wide variety of modified Challengers at the SEMA Show is added to nicely with the improvements made by CDC.  What do you think about this latest modified Challenger, tell us here!
