What’s one of the best feelings you can have in a car? Top speed? Acceleration? Drifting? How about blowing the doors off some unsuspecting bloke who thinks he has the better car? Yeah, it’s that last one.

Introducing the Ranger Rabid Edition. This my friends is your everyday normal 2011 Ford Ranger. It has two doors, a bit of ride height, and a bed to throw all your tools and crap in the back. Oh, it also has a brand new Coyote motor in front of the driver seat! Because why the hell not?

The seller of this fine vehicle
says that they picked it up on a trade, and when they turned it in, the original person who built it had over $20,000 in receipts from the conversion. But honestly, all that really doesn’t matter. What does matter is that the exterior is stock. The interior is stock, minus a 6-speed manual transmission coming out of the floor boards. And the only way you would know that this truck has been heavily modified is by lifting up the hood. It is the epitome of the ultimate sleeper truck.

Personally, sleepers are some of the coolest cars around. Anyone can have a flash supercar, or Porsche that’s already built to go fast. But when you have something no one, and I mean no one expects to haul ass and then proceed to blow their doors off, it’s one of the best feelings in the world.

The dealer that now has this truck only wants $26,000. Yes, that’s a bit much, especially when you can pick up a Mustang for about $5k cheaper of the same year, but think about all the fun you could have with this baby. All I keep thinking about is this thing on gravel and dirt, rooster-tailing the hell out of the local trails and all while I have the biggest smile on my face! Someone please buy this before I do.
