Fox Body Mustang Catches on Fire During Drag Race

The next time you get some crazy idea about going for a no-prep drag run in your Mustang, you might want to remember the video below.

I’m sure it doesn’t take the driver long at all to start having second thoughts about his no-prep race when he starts losing control of the Fox Body, which eventually hits a side rail and catches on fire, as highlighted in a recent Car Scoops report.

The whole ordeal starts after the driver gets off to a shaky start and things quickly go downhill from there. Luckily, he’s able to get out of the car before the front of the Mustang bursts completely into flames.

Still, seeing that Fox Body ablaze in the 1320 Video clip is quite a visual that should be food for thought for any Mustang owners who might take drag racing lightly.
