This Mudding Mustang Is Tough as Nails
At some time or another, we’ve probably all taken a car that was never meant to handle any type of off-roading, off road. It’s just a fascination that we, as car enthusiasts, have with doing something that’s kind of forbidden and wrong. Whether it’s a classic car, and we’re channeling our inner Dukes of Hazzard, or it’s a supercar being abused by the guys from Tax the Rich. We all have that desire to do something impractical on dirt and mud.
However, the video below takes that need to a whole other level.
Here we have a 1964 Ford Mustang that hasn’t been turned into an all out street performer, but rather an all out mudslinging monster truck. It still has its V8, but that’s been tuned to provide more power and torque. It’s also been lifted, and has massive swamp mudder tires. It’s perhaps the coolest Mustang I’ve ever seen, and I kind of want one right now. Just imagine pulling up to your local Cars and Coffee or muscle car show with this beast? It would stop everyone in their tracks.
