The Ringbrothers are known for building some of the wildest custom cars in the world, and they have plenty of early Mustang history, having built a carbon-fiber wide-bodied 1965 Fastback with a 915-horsepower, 416-cubic-inch engine. As wild as that one was, it doesn’t really hold a candle to their 900-horsepower RV. And just wait until you see the final results of what they’re thinking up next.

This wild Mustang, dubbed “Ballistic,” will make its debut in Vegas the first week of November at the SEMA show. For the time being, all we have is this teaser rendering, but we’ll see this car in full at the Ringbrothers’ first display booth, rather than at a vendor’s. This ’65 Convertible will feature a widebody, a huge set of wheels, giant brakes to fill the void, and a 5.8-liter supercharged “Trinity” V8 engine plucked from the bay of a 2013-14 Shelby GT500. That engine came stock with 662 horsepower, but you can bet the Ringbrothers won’t be happy with it in stock form. Anything short of 800 SEMA-ready horses would be disappointing, wouldn’t it?
