Round up the Autos, Carlisle’s Car Corral Is Back
Buy and Sell with Confidence in a Face-to-Face Setting
CARLISLE, PA – Buying or selling a car has never been easier with the car corral at the Carlisle PA Fairgrounds. This year, nine of the ten Carlisle based events will feature THE most convenient way to buy or sell a vehicle. In addition, Carlisle Events has partnered with Auctions America by RM, allowing for two additional car corral dates at the Auburn Auction Park in Auburn, Indiana.
With Spring Carlisle kicking off the Carlisle Events’ schedule on April 27, the more than 100,000 attendees can scour the 150-acre grounds for a bargain among the more than 2,000 vehicles for sale. Spring Carlisle, along with our flagship event, Fall Carlisle (Sept. 28-Oct. 2) offers an all inclusive forum for buying and selling all types of cars, trucks and bikes, both foreign and domestic.
Whether you are attending and looking to buy, or signing up to sell, the car corral is for everyone. Each season, an average of nearly 500,000 car, truck and bike enthusiasts attend events in Carlisle. For each show (excluding Bike Fest), the car corral has become known as the go-to place for individuals to buy and sell with total confidence.
A gate admission is all that’s required for buying access to the car corral. What makes the car corral different is the person-to-person contact afforded to both the buyer and seller. Instead of an online auction site where you have to take the sellers word for it, you’ll have direct contact with the individual and the product. You can shop and compare on the grounds, sit in the car, test drive the ride, kick the tires and more. Further, to make the selling process even simpler, we’ll bring the convenience to you with notary services including temporary tags available right in the car corral.
For the seller, the rules are simple. Only motor vehicles may be sold, they must be in running condition and cannot be displayed on trailers.
Finally, as part of our partnership with Auctions America by RM, buyers and sellers in Auburn, Indiana will also have the opportunity to buy and sell. At both Auburn Spring (May 12-15) and Auburn Fall (Sept. 1-4), the mid-western car corral will also be organized and operated by Carlisle Events.
