Two Mustangs Battle Two Motorcycles In Latest Motorcycle vs. Car Drift Series

In the beginning, car videos came mostly along the lines of the ever informative and relatively tame MotorWeek segments, where the maestro himself John Davis, with his sultry tone and rhythm, extrapolated about what makes a car good. From there, we evolved into the all out frantic, ridiculousness that is Gymkhana. Times they are a changing, though, and continuing with that change, motorcycle outfitter ICON Motosports has been showing off some of the gnarliest videos out there with their “Motorcycle vs. Car Drift Battle” series.

In the latest installment of the franchise, the fourth to be exact, the Icon team went a little further with the production value and script, and they made a nearly 15-minute video. It has the requisite motorcycles drifting, but it also happens to have two of the raddest Mustangs out there.

The first Mustang of note is a classic ’68 fastback that tears through the open desert chasing the bikes down, and the second is a 1500-horsepower S197 that makes Florida’s Homestead Raceway look like one massive turn. The video also features a Scorpion P6, which is like a Morgan 3 Wheeler with a bike engine and a turbo.

The video is frankly awesome, and I implore you to watch it all the way through, you won’t be disappointed.
