05-10 Mustang GT oem throttle body. Has been ported and polished. Low miles on it. Super clean. Complete and ready to bolt on. Add a few HP and throttle response !!

Second. I think my TPS is going out - does this include the TPS fly-by-wire module?

yes includes tps, complete unit

no tune required but you will notice a quicker throttle response and pick up..
