Default Tires, Where do you shop?

OK guys its that time where I need to get new tires. I went to Americas tire co. and got a quote of $600.00 for 4 (kumho ecsta) tires. I was looking online and I can get tires for about half the price, I dont know about anyone else but I REALLY dont want to pay $600 for tires! Not that im cheap or anything but I just want the best deal I can get so I can have $$ left over from my tax return to do a few mods. So where do you guys get your tires from? Online prices are crazy and if I do decide to get my tires online do you know how much a shop would charge to install/balance etc.? thanks

Well, MustangGirl took her tires to a friend of mine's shop, and Sean charged her $50.00 to mount and balance all 4. That's not too bad. Considering I used to charge $15.00 each to mount and $10.00 each to balance plus $2.00 each for wheel weights..unless we used Mag weights or tape weights, then I charged $3.00 each wheel. If you want, I can ask Sean to do the same for you, but you will need to drive to south San Jose.
