Radio swap: standard cd player for shaker 500 system
Hi, anyone ever swapped they're standard cd player for the 500 system? Other than the hard parts ,any other problems?? I have access to a complete system with door panels, any negatives or problems ? it's an 06 system so I think the skipping problems have been fixed......

I don't have a skipping problem but I definetly wish it was louder!! I changed the rear speakers but it still needs something. I'm an older guy but I still like loud music once in a while!!

i know of a problem... the skipper 500 sucks... go aftermarket!
