I think what Hawgman means is that Ford knows about the issue and knows it has nothing to do with your tune, or your UDP's. So, no, they should fix it with no questions asked. However, get the wrong dealer and they will argue with you about your UDP's causing the problem due to the slowing of the alternator. (Which as you read in Hawg's post is bullslick because they know it happens w/o UDP's) Just find a dealer who has a service manager who understands it is a Mustang and people like to play with Mustangs and they will take care of you. Hell, mine sells Saleens and installs Superchargers and they will still leave your factory warranty in-tact.

Bottom Line: No your upgrades don't effect this problem and, therefore your warranty. And if they say it does, tell 'em to kiss off and they'll never see your car again. Then go find a dealer who wants your business!
