Default How do I spin the tires?!?!?!?!?!

Ok, I'm having a lot of trouble with this.
I have a basically stock engine except the bbk longtubes and flowmasters...(Im saving up for the TF Track Heat)
I just got my license on the 5th and I haven't really gotten on my car lately because I needed some stuff worked out first.
Although I have everything straightened out and I got on it early this morning and just smoked the tires (it was wet outside so that added a little assistance) and after it dried up today I tried it again and I failed...miserably. Then even later I had one of my friends with me and tried to show off a little bit, although all I showed him was a quick take off...Anyone care to take a noob through the step of how to really spin the rubber off the tires?

for automatics, just press the brake and gas at the same time, for a 5 speed just rev the engine to 4000-5000rpm and drop the clutch, hit the gas and move your left foot to the brake.
