if you got a non roller block. you can retro kit it with proper cam. if you going solid roller it dont matter , cause they have bars between 2 lifter sets, no need for the spider, just tell them when you get the cam etc. what you working with. my 94 351w block with roller cam came out of a ford F350 pick up .i got it for free. friend deal.
