Front license plate mount

Front license plate mount
So I just learned that yes, I'm unfortunately in a state that requires both front and back license plates to be displayed on my car. However, I don't like how the license mounting holes on the front bumper (stock) require the license plate to hang down over the lower grille; especially as it will eclipse the fog lights I'm planning to install there.
I looked at ccmustangbrackets.com, but it looks like those will hang down over the lower grill as well. Is there a bracket made that will allow me to mount my license plate to the center of the bumper, versus having it hang down over the lower grill?

RE: Front license plate mount
I have considered building one that sets the plate off to the right side allowing my racing stripes to be unhindered. I have heard some one makes a fold-away one for show cars but I don't know more than that. sorry

Ha You must be in OHIO that is where I live and Ohio is so set on that front plate you get a $100.00 ticket just for having a tinted plate cover here too. I can't think of what it would be for not having the front plate on your car, impound, 30 days in the hole, death.
