I've noticed something similar...these bulbs reflect blue in the socket because of the blue plastic they're housed in. However, my left bulb is illuminated *ever so slightly* after I turn the car off...like 1% illumination. I left my car in my garage while I was away at school, came back a week later, and it started right up. The draw from these bulbs at 1% has to be, at most, the power equivalent of powering that little red blinking security light. It doesn't have me worried in the slightest.
Anyways... mine do the same thing. Both lights appear to constantly stay on even after the car is turned off, and I've let it sit for a long time. Like yours, it's probably about 1% light coming from each bulb.
So your saying this should have no effect on my car's battery if I leave the LEDs in permanently?
For anyone who's wondering, here's the link of the bulbs I got. $14.99/pair:

since i obviously now have to do this, which part number did you order from the site. There's a couple that look pretty much the same, but im sure they have a diff between them. Also, are you happy with how bright these are?
