It does. So why did you take it off? Not so much? To be honest, I've posted this on a couple forums and if the scale were 1 for bad and 10 for good, the general rating would probably be about a 4. Most people just say get a whole new hood. That just isn't in the cards this year. The mod budget is used up. It looks like I'll just sit on my hands for a while.
I like the supershaker alot. I think it is one of the best available in terms of power and looks. I don't have any good pictures yet but I am hoping to get some tomorrow.

Cool, well when you get some pics done, I'll be looking for them.
I am not much on the "fake" scoops...I have one not installed, it was in the trunk when I bought the car....They look good from a distance but I just cant stand the lines around them.
Anyone have an opinion on the non-functional hood scoop compared to a functional one? I can't see a functional one helping with hp or tq any do you ? I have a cold air intake on mine which likely already draws in as much air as possible , Pale Horse is your scoop for sale? :P

LOL - to each his own I guess. Me - I'd put up with lines around the fake scoop on this car anyday:
Ultimately the "function" of any hood scoop on all but the fastest of cars is to look cool. Period. The whole functional vs. non-functional debate in a mute point from a performance perspective. Either you like the way a scoop looks or you don't. Pretty sure this Cobra Jet with the "fake" scoop would kick most cars on this site with "functional" scoops up one side of the 1/4 mile and down the other.
