Widest Tires on an 18x10 wheel.

I know this is being ignorant but see I was always concerned with the bottom was where you sweated the width, so got down low took a pic and no matter what they all stick out, so the concern is at top where I pointed out. yeah I'm busting on myself now lol
245/45/19
i'm going with 275/40/19's on 9.5 " rims on all 4 wheels.

This much is probably do-able in most cases if you pay attention to inflation pressures, evenness of tread wear, and how good you are about not hitting/scuffing curbs.
And as long as you personally are OK with the appearance. Not everybody is, but you need to make up your own mind here rather than take outside opinions as absolute fact. Including mine, where in most cases the appearance factor runs secondary to improving some functional aspect. So I'll try to suggest a way to help you decide.
Look mostly straight down at the front tires on either a GT or a GT500 where you can see the sidewall shape. Now imagine seeing 1/8" or so less of the sidewall shape - that's about what running wheels that are 1/2" wider than tire mfr recommended max width would look like. The view from the front or rear is about the same, and side-on really doesn't matter.

yeah still not wild about going fat just try to find a tire that fits a 19x9.5 rim without looking funny or bulged I would even like go 255 or 265 but people say 255 on 9.5 would bulge out or streched look ...opinion please?

After sittin here hashing this over inside my head, I was wanting to actually go down to a 18, and instead trying to make a tire fit, tire rack has the proper proportions laid out already for you and I'm just a daily driver, a wheel like the one below with 255/45R18 XL Continental ExtremeContact DWS good rated tire, w/ tpms's installed, mounted/balanced, shipping $1900, I would be sure the fit and look were right, plus still have my stock that look good too, just have to change wheel size with my handheld tuner.

If you're still not convinced about the appearance aspect, all I can do is suggest that you look for a GT500 on the OE 18" wheels. I'm not sure if the 2009's and up are still on 18's or not, but the 2008's were.
