I just installed the one from AM. Good quality but the screws were crap. Im replacing them all tomorrow. The way that one you pictured mounts is there are "U" taps that go where your grille was and a plate will squeez the U and the bumper tap together. The other side of the tap will butt up to the back of the grill and you use the screws to screw in from the front in to the tap behind the grill. The 4 on the bottom hold the grille, 2 on top hold the grill and the other 2 hold the rad cover. This does replace your grille, the big problem is the screws. The heads are not big enough and they go in to the tap and become useless. You need a washer or bigger head.

I bought new stainless steel screws that i will replace so it will mount better. Im also using 1/2" spacers to bring the grille out some to give it a more flush look as well as mounting my fogs behind it.

so the one from am is more of an "overlay" grille rather than a replacement correct?

I don't like the AM ones because you can see all the "guts" behind the grille... looks tacky.

These are all the same grille. The Roush 9 bar looks sick. This grille totaly replaces the stock grille and eliminates the stock fog lights (unless you remount them yourself behind the grille). The black squares are the mounting tabs the work with the other included hardware to mount the grill in the stock mounting positions and other included hardware to make sure the radiator cover still fits properly.

Typically, for a clean look, you would paint everything behind the grille and remove/remount anything that looks bad. While I havn't gotten to that yet, others have and it looks really nice.

Though I liked the stock grille, once I got the Roush front bumper, it just felt like there was too much going on with the 6 lights up front so I upgraded to the 9bar.
