I was wondering if the black out was Satin Black rather than flat black. And if it IS flatblack, would I be able to put a dull protective clear coat over it to help protect it from the sun?

I didn't know you guys had an account of MF. Great to know

is the seam very visible and is there a concern about it peeling up at the seam after a short time due to damage from the sun? i would like to get rid of my 10" stripes and put this on this as well but im concerned that it wont stay attached after awhile. the stripes on my hood are sticking just fine but im kinda worried about the seam.

also does anyone have a picture of a car that has this kind of decal and has hoodpins as well?

There is no seam that I can see in the picture Autorat67. I think you are confusing a different post that was made about an alternative product. This package seems to be a one piece unit.

the flat black has a little bit of a gloss to it, but it is definitely a flat black. The hood blackouts are 2 pieces. The seam isn't very noticeable from a few feet away. I have had people look at it and then I have to tell them that it is 2 pieces. I had it on my car for over a year and it went through the Utah winter with snow and salt on it and it never peeled up or separated. I am not sure if you can put any type of coating on it. I don't think you would need to. The flat black is a 7 year outdoor material so it should last a while.

I'm not sure if this is a decal or not.

Silver, it's Cervini's b2 Chin spoiler. I bought it textured black off their website prepainted. Just a little warning, but if you plan on lowering your pony and buying the b2, you're going to scrape. I'm riding on stock height and scrape frequently. I never planned on lowering so I pulled the trigger. It's still a gorgeous chin and can't help but smile everytime I walk up to her

What are your future mods, Silver?
