Default Trufiber / Cervinis... same hood?

These hoods look a lot alike... are they made by the same manufacturer and marketed by different companies?

The Trufiber one is raised a little and the Cervini one looks flatter.

I personally like Trufiber better. Their hoods look great and most are functional ram air and heat extractors.

I can say from personal experience that Trufiber is top notch. Their fit is guaranteed and the guys over there are awesome. The guy who painted my car said it was the best fiberglass hood he has even seen. I didnt have to pay for any fixes to the hood at the body shop, it fit perfect! I tryed to post a pic from the front but i couldnt figure out how to post it straight from my computer files. If I figure it out i will though.

The TF one has a 2" cowl wherewas the Cervinis one is "maybe" 1/2". TF has heat extractor vents at the backside but not sure about the cervini one

Similar but not the same

If you're debating one of the hoods, go with Trufiber.

trufiber all the way, as stated, they tunnel air directley over your intake, whereas cervini just lets the air in the engine bay with no tunneling, i think you can buy a kit to make it functional sold by cervini but i think that is a couple hundred upon itself. trufiber will make you happier.
