Were you ever able to get that shift light arrow to work?
The more I thought about it the less I cared about the shift arrow. I'll eventually add a shift light but I think I'm going to get a shift module and wire it to custom LEDs that illuminate the whole tach face.

I know I'm reviving an old thread but can anyone update me on their experience so far concerning visibility of Fordatude gauges in the daytime with headlights on? I've tried the Stack Racing white face inserts and IMHO they're worse than stock with Mycolor blue in daylight. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Also, can you tell me which style you have and pics if possible? Thanks

The Fordatudes are extremely easy to read in the daytime (at least the Chrono version is). I just swapped from Fordatude to a factory GT500 cluster (because I wanted the reversed tach/speedo locations and higher speedo). The GT500 cluster is hell to read in the daytime compared to the Fordatude.

Here's my former setup (in blue MyColor):
