Has anyone here went in a purely classic look on their mustang? Let's see some pictures.

Those wheels could turn any car "classic".

I'm wanting to take this

And make it a modern yet closely related spin on this:

When you say "Has anyone here went in a purely classic look", what do you mean beyond the present retro look of the 05 thru 09's? Other than throwing some 15" Cragars on I'm not sure what else you mean. There were some pics of an S197 that someone had added chrome bumpers to and it just looked WRONG.

Paint schemes, stripes, accessories those kinds of things.

The little things that take a car in certain directions to me are the styles of grills, spoilers, hoods etc. They can take a car either ultra modern, ricer, poserish, or classic.

My concept is to take my Grabber Orange and make it look like the '70 PJ race car. Not the '70 mach I. There are some notable differences in the styling if you compare the two.

On my list is:
Cervini or Saleen PJ spolier
Single hood strip
side strips
vinyl blackout
black tail light bezels

I think this will look reminiscent without going overboard. As you can tell, I'm not very far along yet.
