They will if you tell them (in writing, right on the sales contract) you'll refuse delivery of the car if they sticker it (I also did the same for drilling any plate holes in the front fascia).

Dealers just want the car off their lot, and your money in the bank as quickly as possible. You'd be surprised how efficient they can be when they're made aware something will get in the way of that.

First thing I did was take the dealer sticker off.

Lights look good, will look even better with the black decklid panel.

My sticker removal was my first mod. I can't wait to order a blackout panel for mine! Everything looks great!
