Yes, these clowns ripped me off. They are the most unprofessional vendor I have ever dealt with. Placed an order for 3 items in Nov 2011. Took months to receive the first item. After several calls and emails they made up an excuse and finallybsent the second item. Now after 10 mo's, I still have not received the third item. Also, they failed to credit me for a 10% discount advertised on their website. Finally had to file a consumer complaint. These guys are a fly by night outfit.

Let me first respond to John Baker and his post.

I won a Carbon fiber 4.6 plenum cover and shock tower covers from Cal-Pony. Took a lot of time and effort to even get them to ship the items. Was pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Hendrix has NO CLUE how to run a business, just how to make bs excuses for their failures/faults.

John there are a few details that you FAILED to mentioned. The first being after we communicated with you asked how much it would be to paint the parts that you won in our Photo Contest when we quoted you a price, your response was that you could NOT afford it. For winning our contest I decided to have the items painted for you at no cost as a kind gesture. The content of your numerous emails let us know that you were in a hurry to get the items and could not wait for us to paint them, at that point we shipped the prizes to you in the natural finish that was described in our Photo Contest. We don't paint our products with a Rattle Can but a professional painter. John it's a shame that you didn't give ALL the facts just a snippet.

In regards to our Radiator Covers, ALL of them are custom made as stated on our website. There is a minimum of 4-6 weeks for turnaround production. Also during the peak season turnaround time can extend. We have some people call every day regarding a CUSTOM order that we tell them will take 4-6 weeks. Calls of this nature tie up our phone lines and flood our emails. We can understand your desire to receive a custom part but we DON'T guarantee delivery times. If we're painting 25 Radiator Covers it will not be done in 1 week. Regardless of your upcoming show we will not sacrifice quality just to get your product to you in time for your show. If we built and painted our products based on an upcoming car shows our quality would be horrible. Custom parts are just that CUSTOM not spit out of machine.

Regarding a !0% discount, if you use the proper coupon code when ordering on our website a discount will be deducted from your purchase. Not all of our items are available for discounts.

We are not a fly by night operation we've been in business since 2008 and intend to stay in business.

If you're unhappy with your experiience with us, please except our apology we try to do the best.

3 emails without a response. They did say 6-8 weeks before it would ship, maybe more. If it goes another couple weeks without a response, I will open a paypal dispute.

Bangastang is extremely annoying on Facebook, and I don't hear anything good about their customer service. All they care about is their "Hell Snake" GT500, some $20,000 "upgrade" which is really just a bunch of CF (mostly stick on) and some other crap.

All of their stuff on Facebook sounds almost childish. Just my 2 bits.

Finally got my radiator cover today. It was 8 weeks from order to shipping. They had said 6-8 weeks, so I guess I can't complain too much. It did come out very nice.
