I would go 2" on the cowl myself, they gotta limit visibility in the bigger sizes.

2.5" here. I'm 5'8" so visibility was a bit of an issue. But I got used to it. If you're really tall, I don't see why a 4" would be a problem, but it's all about personal taste. I personally wouldn't go taller than 3", but that's just me.

The 4" is tall and will limit visibility but remember the driver power seat goes up and down..... I used to sit on the lowest setting and I moved it up just a tad and I can see fine over the 4". Regardless of which size you go with, cowl FTW!
