Cervini Concept Hood with or without Ram Air Kit
#13
I have the cervini hood and LOVE IT. though i must admit it only looks good with some colors. I also put on a roush bumper at the same time to "balance out" the big scoop, it gave it a much cleaner look in my opinion. I opted to not get the flow kit with the it, and do slightly regret it. It seems to take in quite a bit of air and i think would work quite nice along side a CAI. the only concern is if it were to rain and one had that installed it would literally dump water right onto you CAI filter.

Yeah, I too worry about water intrusion. Regarding if it's worth the money or not, I can buy a Trufiber hood with built in ram air for $419 + $150 (shipping) = $469 or the Cervini hood without the ram air kit from AM for $596 (which is $130 more and does not include the ram air kit).
Are there any other Trufiber hood owners out there? Any feedback about the product would be great. How much prep work was required prior to painting?
