damn since september? when does it start snowing for you? Does that mean you can only drive your stang about 6 months a year?

Mine is kind of stored for the winter as we speak. It's been parked for about 3 weeks now awaiting on new parts to arrive. So it's partially apart, but it might have some time out of storage when it goes to the body shop for some exterior updates.

Put mine up last Wednesday, I was just waiting for my son's 91 Dodge Stealth to show up first. Put his in and parked mine next to it. I put the battery tender on (still original battery), if I get ambitious I may take the tires off and put the 2012 front calipers and rotors on. I am trying the Mobil 1 extended performance, I don't quite put 2000 miles a year on. Next season should break 20K on the odometer.

if i was daily driving one of these cars and intended to keep it many years then i would get some kind of underseal sprayed on.looking underneath these cars a lot i can see them rusting very easily..no way in say 10 years time as a dd it will be rust free

Both my '91 and '00 are rust free underneath. The '91 is not only a DD but sits outside as there is no more room inside the garage.

Its all about maintainence and keeping them clean. The whole chassis is dipped in a corrosive resistance primer before painting which is actually quite durable.
