Default Polishing Chrome Wheels

Its time for my bullliets to go back on and I want to polish them up really good and get all the old brake dust off from last year. I have already cleaned off most of it by just washing but I really wanna make them pop so if I got a powerball or cone either one and some wheel polish like the mothers stuff.

It shouldnt hurt the finish should it?

Then just finish them off with a wash and fresh coat of wax.

If you got chrome polish and you are really polishing chrome not problem. Are you sure that the wheels are not just polished aluminum with a clear coat? If so you could hurt the clear.

ive got aftermarket chromes. i use the mothers chrome polish once in a while, but its a abrasive so i mostly just use my carnuba wax. it cleans nice. since its a dd, i take them off and clean the insides real good too, beside using a spoke brush for the insides and a micro fiber mit to wash the chrome when i wash the car. ceramic pads are nice too. mine have seen a couple yrs, winter too on the road, still look good. they are a little work but man, they glisten under the lights at night and sparkle in the sun.

Check out www.adamspolishes.com their Metal Polish #1 and #2 are some of the best I've used, especially for light work on chrome. Pair it with a powerball and you're golden.
