I'm really interested in these Raxiom Retro Style Headlights that AM is selling (http://www.americanmuscle.com/painte...ghts-0509.html) and I was wondering about converting the stock headlights. My car is black and so are the interior of the headlights. If I were to remove the outer plastic cover (dull with scratches) does the inner round reflector have a lens over it? Hard to tell looking through the dull outer lens. Seems like it would be a realitively easy conversion. If someone did this already, I'd like to see pics.

i think you would have a hard time sealing the lens again, you would have fog build up. its easier to just buy those headlights if your interested in it

I believe the only lens on the head lights is the actual lens that you see on the headlight in your case the dull scratched up piece.

There is no inner lens. There is a thread out there where someone modded theirs. Basically gutted them and put in new sealed beams. Turned out nice, but I would just get the raxiom retros. Oh wait I did they're just not installed yet. Lol. Looking for some protection film to keep this set looking nice from the start.
