biased but I agreed with the retro look of 2005-2009 is the best!

That won't be for another 7 years or so. Once they hit 10 years past generation - everything goes to hell. At that point, I'm just going to go buy a BMW Z4 (or whatever model they're up to by that point)

CDC lip? Yep.
Blackout panels that all pretty much look the same? Yep.
2-3 wings to choose from? Yep.
7 bar Roush/Knockoff Grille or Bullitt grille? Yep.
GT500 or GS/CS bumpers? Yep.
Goofy hood pins? Yeah...

Keep in mind, I LIKE all these styles, it's just....everyone does the same things for the most part. I went to a few Mustang meets for 05-09's and had to press my remote door lock to make my lights blink to find it in the parking lot.

I definitely love the 1st gen s197's, especially since I own an 06. I will admit though that the front end of the 2010+ looks awesome.

I too love the style of the '05-09 stang. After seeing the concept model in 2004, I knew I had to have one! I had always loved the '67-69 models but I was too young to drive one and by the time I got my license they were either too pricey (collectible) or junk. I did have a '78, '82 & a '86 but they didn't compare to the beauty of our stangs.

If you paint the rear valence of the '12, it looks amazing imo.

Replica, you could really argue that about any car with a decent aftermarket following. You aren't going to find 100 aftermarket chin spoilers and you aren't going to find 100 styles of quarter window louvers. After you see so many of 'em, yea, you might start to think everyone follows the same path, and to an extent they do.

But honestly, if you're looking for heavily customized mustangs on the road, you won't find many on your ride to work. Come on here, and yea, you'll see a lot of the same stuff, but you'll see a schit ton of different combos.

If you're worried about looking the same make your own mods.
