Hi all, I have an 08 Vista Blue convertible with a Parchment top (tan) and tan interior. I really want to stripe it but I'm having a hard time with the proper stripe color.

Black?
White?
Light Silver?
Dark Gray?
Gold?

The car currently has the kinda gold-ish tan-ish stripe that doesn't quite match the top rocker stripe and I have no problem removing that.

I have seen pics of all of these colors on Vista Blue but not with the parchment top or interior.

Any suggestions or pics would be greatly appreciated.

Might consider a metallic tan. That would look sharp with the top up, and the interior would match with it down. That or white.

I say change the top color to black, first lol

Never did understand why anyone would want a tan top on a dark colored car...

Well I really like the interior color on a day with the top down. I had considered waiting until the top needed replacing and go with black.

The metallic tan is difficult to find and I would worry that it would be just far enough off from the top and interior to look weird. Kinda like trying to match Blue. You end up with three different shades that are close but not quite.

As for the purple...I'll keep it in mind.lol

I really like the look of light silver stripes on Vista blue, however I am not sure how it will look with the tan convertible top?

Maybe a ghost stripe a touch lighter than the vista blue?
