I completely agree and dont think they will ever be called anything other than foxes. But accoring to the Antique Automobile Club of America a classic is defined as a automobile 20-45 yrs old

no, they are exempt from smog testing prior to a certain year. Plus the older cars are easier to work on. there is no electronics to worry about
