The car looks good if you remove the rims, toss those things in the scrap heap and enjoy the car for what it is.
I would be willing to be that he took pretty damn good care of it, some people have to drive a lot to get to work or for work.
I bought my 05 F150 FX4 brand new and it was my work truck, I put 30k on it in 8 months.

Good S197 rims are all around ranging from a few hundred dollars to 1500, just depends on what they are and who is selling them. Hell American Muscle has decent wheel packages for not that much.

But its still a Mustang and aside from the rims and screens (hope thats it) it is still a good Mustang.

Also, no need to harass the poor guy for having bad taste, everyone is entitled to their own style, even if it is horrible to the rest of us.

Neo ... taken good care of or not, one thing still remains.. it takes a lot of money to look that stupid. THAT, desreves to be made fun of.

And yes, everyone is entitled to their own style. Everyone else, is entitled to their opinion just the same. Post it to the public and be prepared for the results.

Those are just rims, 10 minutes and they are gone.

Its still a Mustang, it still has value and its not trashed.
