Hey I've decided to add an 3dcarbon air dam to my front bumper. found a great price and I love the look I saw on here by another forum user. My question does anyone have any idea of what the price of the paint should be on painting the the front air dam? I wanted painted to match my vista blue. then I will add the vinyl stripes later. here is link to what it looks like

any ideas on painting price would be at a body shop? Anyone else have this done?

For just paint, probably just shy of $200. I wouldn't ask them to put it on or it'd be about a hundred more. I've hat a hood preped andpainted(and reinstalled, they charge for stuff like that) for 800 but they painted some side scoops for 150 bucks more. All satin silver. But I had some other things at the time so they probably cut me some slack on account of the 1200 bill

Agreed around 200. Ford dealership painted my CDC chin spoiler for 175

Thanks for the info I'm trying to budget all my cost so I can get it done within the next month. I would like to have it ready to go for march or the latest april

I just dropped off my CDC classic chin spoiler and my side plastic V6 rockers to get painted this morning for $350.

So far i've called 2 places one gave me a quote of 275 and the other between 150-200. really didnt expect that much of a difference in 2 local shops. I have one more place I would like to try

I would budget about $300 for it if it's fiberglass.. Quality shops will do a great prep on it and several coats and paint match (blend) to your car..
