Can't Decide: Silver AMR's Vs Silver SVE's
#12
Well, here's what the silver SVE's are going to look like on a Tungsten car. This is with 285/35-19's all the way around. I have a 1/1.5 inch drop. If it were any lower, because of the offset, the back tires would rub the wheelwell. If you go with a 275/35-19 you'll be fine with an even lower car. I'm thinking of changing over to a 275/40-19 when I need tires again.

So in just a few months, the Blizzaks and the stock rims will need to come off of the car, and a new set of rims and tires put in their place. I cannot decide between the new Silver AMR Rims from American Muscle and the Silver SVE rims from Late Model Restoration.
- Option 1: The Silver AMR's
Link
Rims:
19x8.5 w/ +30mm offsets in the front.
19x10 w/ +48mm offsets in the rear.
Tires:
TBD
- Option 2: The Silver SVE's
Link
Rims:
19x9.5 w/ +35mm offsets all the way around.
Tires:
275/35/19 - Nitto NT555's for all four.
I guess my main question is, which would have the better fitment of the two on the 05-09 mustangs. I have not seen very many photos of the RTR style rims on the 05-09's, so if anyone has any photos or suggestions as to which route they recommend I would greatly appreciate it.
Also tire recommendations for size and brand for the AMRs would be helpful as well, as the SVE's fit the preferred Nitto NT555, with 275/35/19's all the way around.
The car is a 2006 Tungsten Grey GT.

I voted SVE's, as I'd go with four 19/9.5's over an 8.5 and 10 staggered setup, as you have more options that way. You can still run wider tires in the back if you want, or you could go with all four the same and rotate. Plus, the difference between 9.5 and 10 in the back isn't that huge of a difference.
However, you really can't go wrong with either. Both AM and LMR are good to work.
