I like the way it came out. Very interesting design. Using the white LED's should keep it within state laws, since it is no different than a running light, which is legal.

On the backing material you used, where did you get it, how thick is it, and what tool (scroll saw??) did you use for cutting it out that smoothly?

Do you have a way of duplicating the backing plates (without the wiring)? Maybe if you had the capabilities to cut the backing plates out, you might be able to sell some. Just a thought, I know I'd be interested in the backing plate, if it wasn't too outrageous.
