what is the best way to fill the holes in. I have some experience with body filler but not fiberglass. I am also going to assume the front bumper cover is fiber glass. my first thought was to glass a patch from the inside of the bumper then use filler or an epoxy resin to fill in the holes then sand and repaint. ANY suggestions would be extremely helpful.

The stock front covers are plastic not fiberglass.

No car manufacturers use fiberglass for bumpers, never did.
They'd last about a week. Bumpers have to give upon light touches and small stress and fiberglass doesn't so it's the wrong material for bumpers.

So whats the best way to fill in the holes?

Body filler. Skim over the hole and let it push through the back and round over in the front. Once it sets, grind off MOST off the nub in the back (not all of it or you will probably bust through the front). Then block down the front, prime to lock the body filler down, and shoot it with paint then clear.

I have had good luck with the 3M Bondo Bumper repair epoxy. It stays flexible and cures in 20 minutes.

looked up the bumper repair kit. seems like the way to go. thanks for all of the input.
