7R3Z-6321457-A

Sorry if this is old news.
So in looking for those part numbers i see 2 options at the site im looking at.

Door - Interior trim - Belt w strip
Belt w strip Right 2005 - 2007

I would think even though i have an 05, I would want the 08+ style, unless they are most likley the same.

Agreed. Tint Protector Felt is all you need. Don't buy the cheap moleskin felt. It will fall off. Been there done that. Tint Protector felt is the only one that works.

FWIW, my 07 had just rubber but the 09 has some type of fuzzy stuff.

8R3Z6321456A and the other number listed above is the right part number. Ford fixed the soft side of the strip after 2008. I bought them, 2008 version for my 2006 GT from newfordparts.com and they fit great and stopped the scratching.

Thumbs up

Or just buy the Tint Protector felt kit for $25. It's 1/3 of the price of buying brand new ford seals and does the same job just as well.

Here is the link to the Tint Protector Mustang Forums members special price.

This may have answered my question, but I'll comment anyway.

I have a 2010, and the inside weather stripping seems to be pretty soft. I'm wondering if anyone has has scratching problems with tint on a 2010. Or if anyone's tinted a 2010 with the moleskin felt installed.

NO the 2010 Mustang already has felt from the factory. No need to buy anything.

The 2005 - 2008 needs the Tint Protector kit.
