eslhockey92g, you're lucky.....I've talked to my dealership and they give me the line that it has to happen for them in order for them to do anything about it. In other words I'd have to leave it over night with them and HOPE it happens for them.

Mine is a 2007 and isn't covered under the TSB because the TSB only applies to the 05-06 model years and the damn dealership is standing by the tag line that Ford made a production change to fix it.....so I guess mine being an 07 is just a fluke or maybe I'm imagining it happening. This is really pissing me off.

The conditions I've had my problem with is when I drive it in "moisture weather" (either rain or snow) and then park it and leave it sit over night or the 9 hours I'm at work and it freezes during that time. I had it even happen to me this morning. Trying to leave for work and I go to back up and the car doesn't move. I have to pull up and down on the brake handle and then it frees itself up and I can move again.

the day i took mine in, i too wanted to make sure it would freeze, so i took it too a car wash, washed it ran it right over the the stealership and rip the parking breaking. The night i droped it off it hit about 2-4 degrees. That cable was not coming loose. they were able to see it was messed up so when i brought it back it didn't matter, it was already on file that it had seized before.

A little off topic, but i like your sig pic, i took the same shoot over break after an ice storm.
