Dont know about the BBK's but I have a couple friends that have the JBA's and they seem to be happy. It makes the car sound throatier, if that makes sense.

I have Pypes Shorties, hooked to Pypes O/R X with aftermarket hi-flo's, and SLP loudmouths.

This is a clip before the Hi-Flo's were installed. I'll try to get a better clip tomorrow maybe if the weather is nice.

Honestly though, I installed mine myself, took me 10 hours on my back under that car. So my advise to you would be to wait, save more $$ and get LT's that is of coarse if your state allows them. Mine does but I was living in the moment not the future. Do I like my set up?? Absolutely, but after all that work, I'd have sooner bought some LT's

I love my BBK shorties.

Looks: I haven't really looked at them in the past 10 months since they were installed. I don't care how they look. They are under the hood.

Power: I did notice significant torque gains. (no dyno numbers though)

Sound: Definitely noticeable lugging sound like a mild cam. The engine can purr now instead of just buzz.

youtube: tmwtpbrent14 You can hear the difference.
