Default Which is the best Shorty Headers? HP?

Can anyone help me with this, I know shorties are a waste of money but theres gotta be one that improves sound and HP in some way.. Can anyone tell me please if there is such? Thank You..

You will get a Little difference in sound by changing the stock manifolds out, BUT......as always a but....It is not worth the $$$, especially for a n/a engine! Just my opinion.

word..... I just dont know what to do, I dont want to get rid of my Pypes O/r H-Pipe and I want Long Tubes!! My budget aint that great! Thanks everyone!

Get new gears instead. Alot cheaper and makes a big difference. You can also get suspension upgrades to help put the power to the ground.

you can always take te car to a muffler shop an they can cut he o/r h and weld it to the lt headers...but if i was you i would get gears...they really woke up my car

Shorties are usually around 5-8 hp, removing the cats is typically 10-12, Since long tube headers usually add around 25 then you are not far off with 15-20rwhp and still being under 500$. I have JBA shorties and an offroad X. But I did it because I plan on going with a turbo and you cant use long tubes with a turbo unless you use the sts kit.

Hope you guys don't mind the revival of a "vintage" thread.

I'm stuck between the JBAs and BBKs. Any thoughts on which is better?
