Some of the exhaust hangerbolts were kinda hard to get too...but thanks to this write
up it helped!

I'm confused.

I thought jacking the car up by the differential was a bad idea? But that is what he seems to have done here?

I want to get a $200 craftsmen set of floor jack, jack stands (2), and creeper. But I'm unsure about how to use the floor jack to get the rear of the car up. The manual says that is a no-no.

I agree, you don't want to use the rear diff to lift the vehicle.

I just got finished installing the Borla version of this exhaust and I didn't need to lift the vehicle off the ground at all. I'm not a small guy either (6'3" over 200lbs).

I would highly recommend investing in a 13mm closed ratching wrench if you don't own one. This tool will save a great deal of stress with the bolts above the stock mufflers. The pics were a great help; thanksTacoBill!!!
