It never stops with superchargers. After you put one in, you want even more power, which leads you to a new pulley set, which leads you to a new forged bottom end, which leads you to LT headers, which lead you to aone piece drive shaft, which leads you to a different gear ratio, which requires stronger LCA and rear suspension parts, which leads you to a new K member with torque limiters, which leads you to billet this and forged that, and now you need a tower brace that will require a new tall cowl hood, and on and on and on.

Anyone who thinks putting in an SC for 6 grand is all their is to it, is just plain naive.

very well stated and extremely accurate.....

i was tearing up the countryside this morning (with my 450rwhp),
wondering what 550rwhp would feel like . i was thinking about building
a forged engine this winter, just to be able to turn up the boost.....

Yeah, my car does not feel as fast as it used to. I think that maybe I should throw some more power down...but everytime i get pulled over it brings me back to reality (two sherriffs with their hands on their guns at the windows kinda deflates my need for speed).
