Default P0340 Error Code after SCT 2 days from the SCT install?

What shoud I do...... I am lost what is going on with my car?
I looked up the code I got:
What does that mean?
This indicates that a problem was detected in the camshaft position sensor circuit. Since it says circuit, that means the problem could lie in any part of the circuit - the sensor itself, the wiring, or the PCM. Don't just replace the CPS (camshaft position sensor) and think that will definitely fix it.
Symptoms
Symptoms can include:
[ul][*]Hard starting or no start[*]Rough running / misfiring[*]Loss of engine power [/ul]
Causes
A code P0340 could mean one or more of the following has happened:
[ul][*]a wire or connector in the circuit could be grounded/shorted/broken[*]the camshaft position sensor may have failed[*]the PCM may have failed[*]there exists an open circuit[*]the crankshaft position sensor may have failed [/ul]
Possible Solutions
With a P0340 OBD-II trouble code, diagnosis can be tricky at times. Here are some things to try:
[ul][*]Visually inspect all the wiring and connectors in the circuit[*]Check for continuity in the circuit wiring[*]Check the operation (voltage) of the camshaft position sensor[*]Replace the camshaft position sensor as required[*]Check the crankshaft position circuit as well[*]Replace circuit wiring and/or connectors as required[*]Diagnose/replace the PCM as required [/ul]

Were to go from here , Back to Ford in the morning or you guys think I can fix it with the tuner?

if you can clear the trouble code with your sct,
then go ahead and do so.

if you've already cleared it, wait to see if it happens
again.

if it doesn't need clearing, then drive the car and
see if it happens again.

everything should be fine, don't sweat it

Hey man, usually when people get that code (I've only seen one person who's was different) it's the alternator! It's really no biggie, just check out the voltage on that crappy stock alternator. I use to throw that code a lot and I dunno why but I haven't thrown it in a while. I promised my self if I threw it again I would purchase a new PA 200a Alternator. This has happened to many people out there man. Good luck on it.

Alternators are notorious for causing P0340 codes.

Yea it could be the altnernator. I got the same code and cleared it. After a two days of clearing the code my battery was COMPLETELY dead. lol. so i replaced the battery and everything started out fine. Then on the way to work. ALL the lights shut off and i noticed the voltage meter was reading low. Took it to a Ford dealership and said it was the alternator. Damn alternators arent cheap!!!

Umm... I just replaced the Batter about 2 weeks ago, ..... Then it must be from the alternator that the batter just went dead........

I have 100, 000 mile warranty, they replaced the Alternator once beffore around 20,000 milles. When I took it for the battery I knew there was something wrong with the Alernator for it to go out just out of the blue, I asked for him to check the alternator and they did not. What kind of check should I ask for ?
