I've seen all the negative posts but I still buy from them. Just got the UDP 2 days after ordering them. I have asked questions via e-mail and never got a response though and have yet to try calling them for anything. If I have problems with them, I will be knocking on their door though. They might just do better when they realize you don't live too far away.
