Ya,KUDOS.I redid it and it is definetaly an improvement.Now..if all these very bright people in this thread(not me) could come together with a LOW COST FI solution, that's what i'm talkin bout. (i can dream can't i?,lol)
So which mod did you do and why did you have to re-do it?

Low cost FI = leafblower strapped to the inlet tube and extra lengths of power cord. Voilla/enjoy.
ACTUALLY now that you mention it.

Why couldnt you get a secondary alternator attached to your drive bely that serves to power a high output electric turbine. You could take it a step further and use a bigass Capacitor to assist the turbine.
Damn that that would be something to market!!

Don't dare me,if i did'nt already know ricers have tried that,lol-Ok,i am thinking non-profit organization in search of improving mustangs across the world,lol-

When i take to a mod like this,i am at first very gentle.I would rather play it safe at first, especially such a small part..I bent the copper?prongs up a bit more and re-"smushed"the fine brushes.I can drive smoother this way because when i hit the gas pedal,i have always expected an immediate reaction.I am tuned already,so i mean a physical reaction to my actions.I used to tend to over rev the gas from the pedal play and now i don't have to.I am still readjusting some, but happy.

Or how about this. Find a way to add a 2 stroke motor into the engine bay and tap into your gas tank. Use the 2 stroke to power a turbine in the same fashion.

... Well that took me nearly two hours to read.

Anyway, great mod and one that I am itching to try. However, I'm a tad bit nervous about bending those wires without a spare on hand. I think I'll order one within the next day and try it out when I get it in.

Thanks so much Tube and others who have done this!

If its possible, maybe we can keep it on topic just long enough so that the people who said they were going to do this mod soon, can actually do it and respond with how it went...

Kind of hoping this monster of a thread doesn't just die... maybe someone could add this to a How To?
