ouch--I hate to hear anyone get burned like that. Customer service is everything in this world if you want repeat business. I've never ordered anything from them just from the horror stories that I've heard, and I pass the word onto anyone who is thinking about ordering from them. Hope you get your money back!!//
not only customer service for repeat business is everything, but word-of-mouth is another major selling factor. its kinda hard not knowing their side of the story, but even if you had raised your voice and may have sounded a little harsh to them, they should have practiced a little patience with you as well.

I'm staying away from them. Life's too short to put up with that crap. Some day I'll have to tell you why I don't eat at Sonic anymore.

I'm glad someone else has the same outlook as I do. My dad always said, If you have a good experiance, you'll have someone give you one compliment. If its a bad experience, that same someone will tell 10 other people.

If you want your money back just right an demand email and a demand letter (certified if possible) to them.

Detail the whole transaction and then CC: any lawyer that is in the phone book that handles consumer fraud etc.

List your experience, include dates...log it all, state you want a full refund in the amount of $.... etc.

They will jump on it, no lawyer needed.

he said I am banned from ever ordering from them (why would you ban someone from spending money with you??).
In the voice of the Soup Nazi...

"No parts for you!"

Yea, I was thinking about getting some JBA headers cheap from them... that is if they would ever send them!

Last year i bought my C&L CAI and tuner from them. While i didn't have a problem with payment or shipping times the tuner came without the C&L tunes. They listed a link on the website to Diablosport to download the tunes but Diablosport had discontinued making tunes available for download. That link was still there long after Diablosport killed the downloads. I had to get my tune direct from C&L. They were great and also feeling the frustration from other people like myself with the same problem. My experience was nothing like this but just from the many bad reviews and the fact that i didn't completely get what i paid for i won't shop with them again. Which is sad because they seem to carry good products at a good price.

You should complain to the better business bureau. I'm sure this is not the first complaint they've received.
