They are a sponsor here...go to their page (on this forums) and drop them a note or copy this thread and post it there...I bet things will be different once they hear from you through the forums. Last thing they need is to piss some one on here....

Honestly, I have dealt with THR a couple of times, and have been extremely pleased...Lizzie has always been beyond helpful from a customer service side....BUT, I have to say, I have sent both a PM and an E Mail about two weeks ago, inquiring about a VERY substancial purchase.... I have not yet heard back from anyone.....I don't know what's going on with them right now......

Not sure about getting any money back. The shop purchased the Axle-Back system so they can add a mark up to it. The OP gave them the Okay before they did the install so they were in the right.

i am kinda upset with THR also, I laid down a deposit for my procharger about 2 months ago, and the agreement was I would bring the rest when it got here, it was going to take 6 weeks to come in, i ordered it in the beginning of September and its still not here, and now they are telling me it wont get here until 5 days after i bring the rest, thats bad business, not that i dont have the money but i dont want to fully pay for something till I have seen it and know its what i purchased.

You got ripped. I paid $320 for my mac axlebacks. Just spend another $175 & get a O/R H for that nasty I own all sound.

AS far as THR, I asked them about 2 weeks ago on info dealing with their Vortech HO kit, and I have yet to receive anything in reply. Which is ok, because it lets me know what to expect from them, and is exactly why I order most things from Brenspeed<----which has possibly the best customer service I have ever dealt with.

Dude, glad to see yu got the sig pic up, but it's a bit much. Try one of these:

-OR-

For the first one, wrap [img] [/img] around:

For the second,

Lol, nevermind, you beat me to it. It's late, so I'm tired and slow.

And as for THR, it looks like I'm not the only unhappy customer. Not surprising.
