My '07 Convertible GT came with both the two tone and leather wrapped dash. I didn't even know it was an option until I saw my car in the dealership. It looks very sharp! That was going to be my one misgiving about the Mustang if I did buy it, that the dash looked so plasticky. But after seeing the leather wrapped dash, I was sold!
Same thing happened to me. Went to the dealer to test drive the car, the one I was interested in was getting washed so I drove one with this option and bought it on the spot. I didn't know it was an option either and I was still undecided on whether or not I liked the interior until I saw it. I know it wasn't a very expensive option because I never even noticed it on the window sticker. (Still have it so I'll have to take a look....)
